After graduating from the Commerce program at Queen’s University, Tracy spent 15 years in progressive marketing roles for world class organizations such as Kraft, Unilever, Coke and Nike. Given her passion for people and building exceptional teams, she moved into recruiting in 2008 as a partner with a mid-sized search firm and in 2017 started her own company, Talent Innovation. She has built a strong reputation as a high-performing headhunter, committed talent partner and career coach to working professionals at all levels.

Tracy has also worked part-time for over 10 years with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University as a Career Advisor for students interested in careers in marketing and related functions. She knows what companies are looking for in young talent and can help provide invaluable career guidance to both university and high school students. As a mother with 2 kids in business school at university and another in high school, she is well versed in the challenges of getting young people on the right path and launched successfully!
